Bend, bent, bent : piegare in inglese

You should always Bend your knees when you hit the ground after a jump (si dovrebbe sempre piegare le ginocchia quando si ritorna a terra dopo un salto)
Then they bent the top of the poles and tied them together (poi piegarono la punta delle aste e le legarono insieme)
Light is bent by gravity (la luce e’ piegata dalla gravita’)

Per esempio: There is a bend of the river here (il fiume qui ha una curva)
