Un dialogo in inglese per imparare l'espressione To be starving (essere affamato)

Il verbo Starve significa ‘morire di fame’ ed è sia transitivo che intransitivo, più moderatamente l’espressione To be starving significa ‘essere affamati’.

John: hello, when did you arrive in town?
Robert: I just arrived, I drove all day and didn’t even stop to eat a sandwich
John: you must be starving!
Robert: yes, infact I’m rushing to the restaurant. Would you like to come?
John: of course!
John: ciao, quando sei arrivato in città?
Robert: sono arrivato adesso, ho giudato tutto il giorno e non mi sono neanche fermato a mangiare un panino
John: devi essere affamato!
Robert: si, infatti sto correndo al ristorante. Vuoi venire?
